Hunter's Creek is located five minutes from the Beeline Expressway and the Florida Turnpike with frontage on both Orange Blossom Trail (US 441) and John Young Parkway. The State Road 417 toll road runs through Hunter's Creek with interchanges at John Young Parkway and Orange Blossom Trail.

Hunter's Creek is a 4,000-acre, master-planned community, with an estimated 8,500 single and multi-family residences that is currently being developed by national real estate giant, Terrabrook. The community is located approximately 12 miles south of downtown Orlando in Orange County.
